further to my post below about mexicalli, medyo na-HB ako:
Me: (nasa cashier umorder ng aking arroz ala cubana, computed ko na P150 petot lang yata yun)
Cashier: 168 pesos po.
Me: Huh? di ba 150 lang di ba dapat inclusive na yung VAT sa price nyo (as per law ek ek)
Cashier: may service charge po
Me: (pers tym ko nga sa mexicalli e) - service charge? e di dabat you are taking my order while I sit there hindi parang ganitong self-service syle. (E yun ang alam ko e may service charge yung may service na ginawa from taking orders to finish Hmmp!)

HB nga! But if you notice, the service charge of Mexicali is 5%, not the usual 10%... :)
Para saan pa yung service charge???
Kaya lubuslubusin na lang ang paghingi ng spoon and fork, tubig, garlic sauce, at nung isa pang sauce, pag refill ng tissue, etc. Take note, wag sabay sabay hingin. Isa isa. hehe
